Mike took the time to investigate the sink drainage issue when he came over to quote the hot water tank job. He didn't rush, he really tried to discover the issue and come up with the best solution, even before we decided to sign on for the hot water tank. Quote for the job was very fair. He was prompt, neat, polite, pleasant, and thorough.

.I had originally ordered 2 white toilets that Mike was going to pick up for me. The night before he was to install them I changed my mind about one being exchanged for an almond color. He had already picked them up but went back to the store and made the exchange. Mike was very professional and never made me feel bad about changing my mind. I also needed risers put under each toilet. He suggested and offered to paint them for me to match the toilets. I was very pleased with his workmanship and his work ethic. He was extremely careful about keeping the work area clean before, during and after finishing the job. Mike also picked out the shower door for me. Before anything was purchased I knew what the items would cost. I was charged the same price as he paid.. Mike replaced the bathtub fixtures and resealed the tub drain. He did not charge for the resealing of the tub because it was the first choice of repair. He gave the tub a 30 day warranty and the toilets and shower door each a one year warranty.
