The young man who did the work did an excellent job. However it took weeks and several emails and phone calls to get a written estimate after the owner came to do an estimate. It took more weeks and phone calls and emails to get the service and we finally had to say we were leaving town, which we were, to get it scheduled 4 days before we left. And the man who came to do the work had not been given information on what was to be done nor did he have everything he needed and was only able to install the wiring for the track lights, not the tracks nor the lights. Communication between staff and responsiveness to customer inquiries is nearly non-existent. They do not return calls.

They are very thorough, very neat, very professional. They are working in an area we thought would cause many problems, but they are moving right along. The work they are doing is very impressive. They label fixtures carefully so when they take them down to rewire they know exactly where they go when they are returned to the site. The work is on-going.

I left messages with the receptionist to have someone phone after 6 p.m., but no one ever called to follow up.

The electrician who came (twice!) went from outlet to outlet and made the changes as needed. All of the outlets were working and all properly grounded when he left. When I asked why I was having trouble with the outlets, he patiently explained to me what he was doing, and why. I often find that companies aren't too interested in doing these small-ish jobs, but I never got that feeling from this company. The price was fair, the electrician was neat and cleaned up the area as he worked. And best of all, they came when they said they would!
