Bryan and his team were fantastic to work with. I reached out to Tailored Living to have an epoxy floor installed in our garage. The floor was an absolute disaster after a bad DIY Garage flooring kit was used. Not only did Bryan come in with a fantastic price but he was able to install the floor in less than two weeks after the quote. The entire process was incredibly smooth and Bryan came out after the job to check in and inspect the work. This is one of the best experiences I've had with a contractor and most importantly the communication throughout the entire process was spot on. Bryan and his crew did a great job on installing epoxy flooring in my 560 sq ft garage. Communication was excellent from beginning to end which is rare these days and the floor looks great. Pricing was very competitive and the flooring choices to me were better looking than the competitors choices that I looked at. Would definitely hire again. Highly recommend.

Bryan explained what we had to do to get the floor ready for the transformation. Basically, we had to take everything out of the garage - they moved the refrigerator for us and removed the stairs that go into our house (we have a ranch and we mostly use our garage as the entrance to our house). They were great about returning to put the fridge back in place and return the stairs where they belonged. I have no complaints at all! So for Dos and Donts: Do take everything out of your garage - Bryan gives you plenty of advance notice. Don'ts - don't worry - they will help you with anything you can't handle - like in our case moving the refrigerator and we were concerned about the stairs - they took care of removing them and returning them to their original place. BRYAN AND HIS TEAM/COMPANY WERE JUST WONDERFUL!!!! RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY.

Bryan was excellent. He was very responsive, gave me overview of the process and answered all the detailed questions I had. They repaired several major cracks and coated a large 2 car garage with small bump out. Very good attention to detail and clean up after the job was complete. His team was polite and professional. Bryan did an awesome job designing our custom office! We each had very specific needs and an unusually-shaped room, and through his expertise was able to design and build us a space that was both aesthetically pleasing and very functional. He is extremely personable, detail oriented, and always enjoyed interacting with him. He is very easy to get ahold of and we plan on using him for several future projects. Highly recommended!

Very well overall. Very professional installers. Kept the work area picked up and clean. Truck is equipped with all tools needed to make cuts fit onsite. They were very good about making changes during the install when it appeared the layout would not quite work as we expected. They also do a one time change for no cost within 30 days of completion of job. Only thing I would point out pertains to the product itself. The drawers were not as deep as I had expected although I am told they are standard. Even though we checked in advance for certain dimensions, the depth of the drawers was not supplied and turned out to be a problem for what I intended the closet drawers for. Bryan added additional shelving for the items I could not fit in the drawers. In hindsite, I would not have spent the extra money for drawers had I known how shallow they would be finished, so my advice would be to get all those exact dimensions before deciding to upgrade to drawers.
