Soilaway was prompt and professional through out the whole loss
Description of Work: Soilaway cleaning and restoration company did an excellent job working with me and my insurance company during my water loss. I had a pipe burst on the first floor and when I came home there was a foot of water in my finished basement. I called soilaway and they where there within an hour. Once finished with removing the water, required demo and drying they referred me to a rebuild contractor who did an excellent job rebuilding my basement and kitchen floor. I would not recommend any one else for the job.

FANTASTIC! During the initial visit the owner purposely left his cell phone in the truck so that he wouldn't be distracted when meeting with me. Through-out the job I received calls from the owner checking in to see how things were going from my perspective and to provide an update from his. Had direct access to him via cell phone. If I called and he wasn't available, he'd promptly call back. Service techs assigned to the job checked in each day to let me know how things were going and provided an estimated time of arrival for the next day. If something came up, he would call to let me know they'd be late. We never wondered when they'd show up! The entire team (owner, techs and office staff) was very personable, courteous and professional. Including, feeling comfortable enough to leave them in our home when we couldn't be there. They treated me and my entire family with the utmost in respect. Soilaway can be trusted to do what they say they are going to do and more!
Description of Work: Mold remediation services were performed in my basement. Involved sealing off the area, removing sheetrock, carpeting, framing, etc. Then cleaning and treating the entire area. Finally, recommendations were provided to ensure there will be no recurrence.
