Asked for 9k up front on a 14k job His whole crew walked off the job after 5 days because of an internal money dispute. Found out he has only 1 real and very talented painter. The rest were unskilled. Constantly pulled painter off to do other jobs. Suspected drug user on crew Caught him using lower grade paint than we discussed. Brought a small child to the work site while power tools were being used. Asked for final payment prior to completion twice. Caught him in lies about products and prices. Did work without approval on last day and charged me for it. Didn’t show up for final walk around and payment. Then argued with me by text message when I refused added charges. Accused me of trying to steal his services. Stored his ladders(at least 10) in my driveway while I parked on the street. His wife wouldn’t let him take them home. Trampled and dying lawn Dying plants from shutting off spigots and not replacing timers for sprinklers. Cigarette smoke wafting into my house and butts on the ground. Told me to “Shut your **** sucker” I paid $19,430 for paint and 1 wall of siding. Then he charged me $200 for the bulkhead. They were here 8 wks for a 3 wk job. I feel traumatized. Yes the house looks great because of the 1 painter but I am tapped out emotionally and financially. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH SILVERIA AGAIN AND NEITHER SHOULD YOU!
