Morgan Exteriors went above and beyond!! Their professionalism and expertise from the first initial call to Josh, on site estimate by Lou to the final measurements and all questions and concerns answered by the install Manager PJ. We had questionable weather and the two installers were running a little late. They arrived at 11:30 AM and had all seventeen windows installed by 4:45 PM! These two gentlemen were are very experienced and have many years under their belts and they are employed by Morgan Exteriors and have been for many years, it showed. That consistency, workmanship and professionalism completely convinced me of Morgan Exteriors warranty not just on the windows but the workmanship of the install. This took the fear of some of these other window installer businesses away completely. What I didn?t want is a company who installed a certain brand of window and that company hired inexperienced contractors not to be heard from again. The final project came out spectacular!!!!

We had 17 windows and a patio sliding door replaced by Morgan Exteriors, and from start to finish their representatives were outstanding to work with. Lou came to our house twice to show us our options and give us demonstrations on the windows; PJ came over to measure; and Skylar and Reid did the installation in two days. All were knowledgeable, polite, respectful, honest and caring. After the job was done, Lou stopped by to check out the job, and PJ came over to help with an issue with one of our blinds. I would highly recommend going with Morgan for any window project.

Our sunroom is beautiful. The team at Morgan exteriors were great communicators - responsive to messages, okay when we needed to make changes etc. This room is the favorite room in the house now! Highly recommend them!

Installed 12 new windows in less than a day and did an excellent job. Some additional work needed on rotted trim was taken care of with no issues. I got several prices and they were not the lowest,but very competitive and the best value for the money.

Overall, extremely pleased with outcome. Windows and exterior trim came out excellent. Also had exterior doors and deck sliders done with awesome results. The windows come with a lifetime guarantee, and Morgan likewise guaranteed the installation. PJ the crew chief was a craftsman and highly skilled carpenter. Had 21 windows installed and the Morgan guys really worked hard and efficiently. Money well spent.

From start to finish the Morgan Exteriors staff exceeded our expectations! We had new construction window replacements and a beautiful four season sunroom built. My husband asked me jokingly what I didnâ t like about our new windows and my truthful answer was nothing! I love how they tilt in for cleaning and they are so clear it looks like my neighborhood got an HD upgrade. Weâ ve noticed how quiet the house is when theyâ re closed and there are absolutely air tight. The sunroom is better than we could have hoped. Large easy sliding windows make it feel as though we are outdoors when the windows are open. We feel as though the their expert construction made it the most sturdy room in the home. We want to thank everyone involved for the professional ,quality work they did for us. Weâ re thrilled ð

Great team effort. Due to Covid delays with our shutter order, Morgan had to come back to install them several weeks after windows were done. Our home looks wonderful now,...really got a nice facelift! Since its" only been a few months since install, it is hard to give an accurate "rate the value for money", time will tell. (re stand-up to weather, appearance and heating and cooling savings). I did project a "5" mark though, because they stand behind their work and product! Go Okna!

This company and crew did a great job on a 17 window replacement project. They were clean, efficient and after a month from the installation date everything is in order and we have no complaints. The window ordering process takes time, so plan ahead. Morgan was a great company to work with. The proof will really come this winter. I will revisit the review in January as to the effectiveness of the windows and installation.
