I have had a gas stove for years which needed to be replaced. Fortunately I found Hearth Design. There was a bit of a puzzling problem with the new gas stove (it was not the stove but in the stove pipe which was installed years ago by another company) and John Labbe and his team worked hard until this issue was resolved. Hearth Design provides top of the line products and the service is outstanding, including coming to my home to be sure all is well. I highly recommend Hearth Design.

Beautifully. I'm sold. Hearth Designs will now be the only fireplace servicer this family will use. From Ben who scheduled my appointment, to John who came out for the service call I have to say I felt that they were excellent in every way. No one is trying to sell you something you don't need. John knew his stuff, and extended the life of my gas fireplace. Honest, reasonable and kind. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Excellent service. Installation was flawless. Also we had another fireplace unit in another room that was inoperable. When John did our installation of the new fireplace he checked out our broken fireplace. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the spot. These guys are the BEST!

John was articulate at answering my questions, and gave me a fair price. He was timely and cleaned up after the installation. He even painted the fireplace surround without charge. When the town inspector failed the installation for work that had been done sixteen years prior because it didn't meet today's rules, John brought in in gas specialist. The man had a terrible time updating things due to limited space involved. I expected I would be handed a hefty bill. NOT SO. John said that he had learned a valuable lesson and did not forward the charges to me.

John was fantastic to work with and by quickly understanding our tastes, was able to make suggestions that turned what was a very nice looking fireplace into an absolutely beautiful one. While working at the house they took great care in keeping the entire area neat and clean, were very courteous when answering our questions during the entire process. I would highly recommend him and have already done so.

I researched and new that I wanted a Harman P61a. Hearth Design came out ensuring that the spot for the stove would work. Also knew what would be needed for install. Everything went well from start to end and if I would certainly use them again. Even received a small credit for some piping that wasn't used.

CT was the tech that fairly quickly determined the combustion blower was dead. A bird had found its way from outside down into the exhaust and caused the blower to seize. He replaced the blower and then thoroughly cleaned another fan, which I didn't know existed, located underneath the stove. The stove now runs like it is brand new!

CT from Hearth Designs cleaned and serviced my Harman pellet stove today. This is the second season that I have used his service and I am once again very pleased with the results. He was punctual, courteous, professional, and seemed very Knowledgable. He answered several questions I had about the stove and did a thorough cleanup before he left.

They were fine overall, by I noticed there was so much demand there they could hardly keep up with it. You could tell they were a small business, even though they were professional and offered good service. The price was very good, but they took a while to get around to me.
