Property Appraisal
The guy showed up 40 minutes early to our house and my wife and newborn child were barely out of bed. Then he completed a poor quality appraisal and sat on it for over a week. I had to call the mortgage broker who finally called Ganley a number of times and received the appraisal about 10 days after it was complete. Then it came back and was clearly a poor appraisal. He didn't include recently sold homes, including the one right next to us, and he made huge quality of construction adjustments without seeing the comps in the area. Didn't consider the lot or accurately assess the neighborhood growth trends. Then when I called to complain, he didn't care and said to "go get another appraisal". Had no interest in reconsidering or admitting it was a low quality appraisal. He is sloppy, works out of his house and was completely unprofessional all the way around. I would never do business with this guy again!
