Description of Work: I used Faulkner Landscaping for tree installation. I've used them before as well.

Description of Work: I used Faulkner Landscaping & Nursery to do some pruning, yard clean-up, edging, mulching and general tidy up. They removed some dead plants.

Description of Work: Very responsive. He gave great advice on what trees to remove, soil type, and moved some very large plants to better spots, including two large holly trees. The wrong steps sizes were delivered and he fixed it in one day! He did earth work, a lovely walkway, and granite steps. He worked well with my landscape designer, the divine gardener of Hooksett NH. I am listed as the biggest project and you can see how amazing his and her work was. He spent time there every day to supervise his crew. I was impressed that he learned Spanish so that he could speak directly to the members of his crew that were Hispanic. His crew leader was terrific as well. I would use him again!

Description of Work: We purchased two 5' firs in August 2010. Faulkner's planted them in front yard. One was dying within 7 weeks of planting. Since it was now October, we were told that the tree would be replaced in the spring. We wrote a letter in April to remind them, and received a phone call saying that the fir had not yet been delivered to their yard. In May we went to Faulkner's and spoke with Steve, the owner's son. He said that he was no longer dealing with the supplier of the the cork bark fir we had lost. He said that he would try to get us one somewhere "next year"! NEXT YEAR????????? I told him that that was too long to wait. He said that he would write up what Faulkner's was willing to do for us. I said that we would do our own research on where to get a matching fir for the one that had survived. We were unable to find such a tree in southern NH. We never recevided notice of what Faulkner's was "willing to do" for us. In late May I returned to Faulkner's and picked out a Japanese Maple, paid the difference between that and the dead fir ($50) and they planted it for me within the week. It was not an ideal solution because the two firs we had originally bought were planted in perfect symmetry in the front yard and the effect of that was broken with a different type of tree. We made the choice to avoid having any more dealings with them. We do have the impression that our "dilemma" was important to Faulkner's. It was their busy time of year and we feel that we were being "brushed aside".

Description of Work: Clearing large amounts of scrub and selective removal of trees and bushes, creation of planting beds, filling in sink holes, relocation of bushes, leveling, installation of granite stairs and relocation of and paver installation of walkway.
