Great. The crew that came out was very professional and accommodating and they did a superb job of planting our new replacements. They were extremely knowledgeable and answered all our concerns and questions and then some. Although they are a bit more expensive than we had been paying....it's true that you get what you pay for!!

I came home in the early evening of a very windy day and found that a very large tree had snapped off about 20 feet up and it landed on my roof and deck, putting multiple holes in my roof and one of them came all the way into my kitchen. I pulled out the phone book (before I signed up for Angie's List) and started calling tree companies and they were the only ones that called me back, because it was after 5:00PM. He told me that he would be out within the hour and survey the damage. About 45 minutes later, he arrived, did a quick assessment and then assured me that a crew would be out first thing in the morning to remove the tree. A 3-man crew arrived the next morning with all their equipment and quickly went to work. They completely removed every bit of the tree, including all limbs. They even cleaned all the debris off my deck with a leaf blower. By early afternoon, they were completely done and the place was spotless! All three men were completely professional and extremely polite. I'm actually glad that I contacted them before I signed up for Angie's List because there was only a different branch of Bartlett Tree Experts listed from a different state and they only were rated a "B". I may not have chosen them, but they ended up exceeding my expectations and I highly recommend the Hooksett, NH branch of Bartlett Tree Experts.

We have used Bartlett Tree Service for about ten years to maintain several very large important trees on our property. Joe inspects our trees at least once every year and makes recommendations to keep them healthy. When big storms over the past few years caused major damage (large broken limbs, and a split in a massive oak), they were very prompt in trimming, bolting/cabling where needed, removing debris, and later fertilizing to help the trees recover. Also, due to a high tick population in our area, we contracted Bartlett to spray the woody perimeters of our property to help reduce the incidence of ticks found on both our dogs and ourselves. This company is always a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend their services.

They have worked for me for years. They do a good job, but they are expensive. They are knowledgeable about all trees and shrubs. I have been using them for about 10 years. The crew is pretty good.

They inform me about what I should do in the fall and spring and what I should look for. I would recommend them to others. They got the trees sprayed in about an hour. I got a response from the boss and that was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and explained things very well.

It was good and I was happy with them. We wouldn’t go back to them because they were expensive. The cleanup was fine. They came out for us on an as needed basis. The crew was fine. They did a great job and came when they said they were going to come.

They are professional and are very straight-forward. There were no surprises and they have excellent communication and customer service. They explained everything to me. I had no problems with scheduling and it was within a reasonable amount of time. They really managed to get everything done on time so that my other projects ran smoothly.

I have been working with Bartlett for tick control for about ten years or so. Their work is very professional and my dogs as well as my husband and myself have not been bothered by ticks since they have been spraying. We have more than 2 acres and we see plenty of deer. Their work is not cheap ($110 per application this year). Next year $120 but our health and the health of our dog is worth it.

Bartlett does a great job of analyzing the needs of the property and developing a plan of treatment. They even break down the billing into individual jobs so that you can pick and choose the services that you want the most. They then follow up according to the agreed schedule and efficiently execute their treatment plan. After every treatment, they also provide a written assessment of what they did and even more importantly, if they found any new developments. For instance, I have two beautiful Norway pines that were being attacked by a vine that was growing up their trunks and strangling the trees. Since these trees are quite large and the vines grow inside the span of the branches, I would never have noticed them in time to prevent serious damage or perhaps even the loss of the trees. In the ten plus years that I have been using them, I have not lost a single tree to any disease or pest and my birch clumps have never looked better. They are not the cheapest folks you can hire, but they are completely professional, well trained, and very competent.

Excellent, efficient, prompt coutrteous and extremely neat and clean. Property was left cleaner then when they arrived.

They are absolutely terrific. They are highly professional, have high expertise, patient, and willing to share knowledge.

They did a superb job. They are professional and know what they are doing. They did a great job. They helped to save our Japanese maple, which is a beautiful tree, that we were worried about. They did a very nice pruning of our apple trees. They also made sure to clean up after themselves.

They did a good job and I like the way that they shaped the trees, so what ever I spent was worth it. They trimmed back a couple of trees for me. They are very good and professional, but unless you have a big enough job they are probably not the people you would call. That is probably not up to me to say this but Bartlett Tree Experts could tell you if the job was big enough for them. If I had to take down any of my big trees they would be the ones that I would call.

I wish we could have used their services. They are just a bit out of our price range right now.
