 + -1 moreBruce is an excellent inspector. His friendliness, thoroughness, and genuine enjoyment of his work make for a pleasant experience. We hired Bruce twice. He helped us dodge a bullet with the first house we made an offer on, when he found mold hidden in the attic. With our second offer, his findings helped us negotiate the price down, and made us feel secure in the knowledge that we understood the house we were living in. I have had experience with lackluster inspectors in the past, but Bruce is definitely not one of them. I highly recommend his services!
