+ 0 moreMichael came in with the lowest estimate of the 7 contactors we interviewed. The only reason we spent close to $30,000 was the fixtures and windows we chose. He and his crew were on time every morning and worked hard to try to make our basement the way we wanted. He saved us around $1500 by fixing the crack in our foundation and recommending we don't need the perimeter drain for water seepage. We are very happy with the workmanship, especially in the bathroom. The tile and corner shower unit are truly impressive. Michael and his crew are friendly and will talk over details to make sure everything is to your liking and will make suggestions that could save you money.
Description of Work: Removed old drywall and panelling. Knocked down one wall, Repaired a 5 foot long crack in the foundation. Installed Pergo flooring in living area and tile in bathroom. Relocated washer/dryer hookups, Installed new wooden railing on staircase, Installed corner shower stall, new toilet and sink/vanity. Installed 2 new light fixtures 2 interior doors and 1 exterior door. Primed all new drywall. Crown moulding and wooden perimeter shelf throughout rooms.
