Horrible. We were greeted with 'you can have whatever you want, we can modify our home to fit your needs.' As we worked through the process, the sales person tried to hurry us up. We were told the builders would get frustrated with design changes and needed to firm up our plans. Soon. The building arrived late, and had multiple errors in construction. Roof lines did not match, incorrect pitches were built, windows were missing, (one window was replaced 3 times before the correct one was delivered) doors were incorrect, electrical supply lines connecting the boxes could not be located. On and on and on... I supposed if you wanted to buy a mobile home, these folks could handle the sale. I would not recommend them for anything else.
