+ -1 moreHe does a great job. I can't say enough good things about him. He brings me all the receipts for the paint supplies he needs. We agreed on a contract which he signed, and anything new we add, we both initial and sign. He does a great job of cleaning up after he is done. He is a very nice and honest man. He doesn't charge hourly, all flat rate.
