Description of Work: Tony and his crew replaced the roofing on our ca. 1965 ranch house. Stripped off the existing roof (2 layers of asphalt shingles, etc.), cleaned up and disposed of same, renailed existing plywood, replaced rotten section, new drip edge on all rakes and eaves, ice and water shield underlayment, installed 30 year architectural shingles, replaced and capped peak vent, replaced vent stack boot, re-leaded 2 chimneys, replaced rotten fascia section and rake, and cleaned up again. AND took down and disposed of our old tv antenna in the bargain.
