What I got instead looked like a cheap hotel bathroom. The price was outrageous. They pitched me at around $38,000, and I agreed because I thought I was getting a high-end, premium product. That was absolutely not the case. The materials and design options were extremely limited. They only work with one brand, and they push it aggressively like a bad timeshare presentation. To make matters worse, the price didn?t even include the vanity or any accessories. I had to provide all of that myself. For nearly forty grand, that is completely unacceptable. The workmanship was okay, not great. They were in and out in a day, which was convenient, but it clearly came at the cost of quality. There are spots where the work looks rushed and careless. This is a $15,000 bathroom at most."

As well, Roberto was very accommodating with us when we had to reschedule a start date due to issues I had getting the building inspector to sign off on my prep work. In the beginning everything went fast and smooth with the framing and wall/floor/ceiling install being done within 2 weeks. There were some hiccups with minor imperfections, tv mount in wrong spot, etc. Those were fixed promptly. After that is when I ran into issues with other items in my contract that were not taken care of and the project felt forgot about. Just had some minor electric work, stairs to get carpeted, and didn't receive hanging clips yet. I had to constantly ask about these items and every answer would be "I forgot to ask or send the clips". I eventually got the items completed, but am not happiest that it took almost a month and constant reminding to get these items that should've been scheduled for during the project."
