Disabled couple needed wheelchair ramp installed. The disabled couple couldn’t enter or exit their home due to unexpected physical limitations. Paul, Jose and the crew evaluated the situation and on a hot 🥵 miserable day constructed a solid, sound wheelchair ramp within one day, a long day for the crew no doubt! The ramp is constructed so that the house will certainly fall apart before the ramp! The finished handrail was an added feature that Paul installed which made the finished project look very nice! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Paul, Jose and the crew from The Smart House for your general construction needs! I’m definitely keeping Paul’s information at hand for future projects around my home. We spent 7 months working with Paul to get plans drawn for a small addition we wanted him to build. We tried three different designs I gave him but he never drew them to the dimensions and square footage we needed. Each time larger and more expensive than wanted. I paid him to do the work up front but never realized he apparently did not have the wherewithal to complete the task. We parted ways and found a competent contractor who quickly did the plans and pricing. The build is now in process. Paul would not refund any of our money even though we never received the set of construction plans we paid for.

Paul and Jose are amazing! They flipped an entire bathroom in 5 days. They do it all from shower tiling to drywall. Definitely call them first.

Paul was very helpful with some decisions on installation of our tile and grout colors and the installer was friendly clear and efficient. Overall we were very happy with our decision to work with Smart Home LLC . ☺️👍🏻

We needed to add a shower where our laundry closet existed on the first floor. That required moving the laundry to the basement and turning the closet into a functional shower. We searched high and low for help. Most contractors never replied back or no showed their quote appointment. Paul and Lindsey responded quickly and professionally. They weren’t our cheapest or most expensive quote, but after meeting with Paul it was an easy choice. On time, polite, professional and amazing communication. He took what I wanted and made it happen within weeks. There were questions/concerns during the process and he addressed them quickly and was able to deliver what was promised- a beautiful tile shower and a functional basement laundry room. We are currently discussing other home improvements.
