They do the entire heating and air conditioning. I tried to call them again to come in and finish the job that was left undone. They did a big job for me. They finished the job that I hired them for, but they also left things undone. They knew that I was going to be calling them to come back and do the second job. It's not like they didn't finish the job, they finished the job, but they just wouldn't get back to me. They knew the job needed to be finished and they knew all the pipes in the building. I had to hire somebody else and the new person had to come in and actually learn the whole building before he could even do the job. I was satisfied with the services that were provided at that time. I think they took a long time to finish the job. I wanted to use them again because they knew what they had done already and they knew the building. I didn't have to pay somebody again to learn the building. I wanted to hire them again for that and they didn't get back to me. I called on 2 occasions to hire them again for 2 different things, but they did not call me back. I won't call them again. I found somebody else and the new plumber is actually much better. His price is much better and he shows up.

They have been wonderful. They are a small operation. They are very responsive and punctual. They have reasonable price. They definitely know what they are doing. I have been very pleased. I feel comfortable leaving my house open to them while I am not here.

Patrick came on schedule, had the parts, efficiently installed them, cleaned the workplace areas, advised on ways to obtain more efficiency and checked systems to ensure everything worked.
