They finally had to take the old furnace out and put in a high efficiency furnace. The furnace was on a main floor but they moved it down to the basement. They did an excellent job and were great to work with. They do annual cleanings on our furnace now. We would highly recommend them and we will definitely hire them again.

Estimates were comparable with other quotes, but decided to use another contractor. The contractor I went with included information about available rebates that AGS did not mention in their estimate.

We called AGS after first getting an estimate from Heritage for the same system. See my review of them for that experience. After doing a lot of research, we decided to get a split duct air conditioning system. AGS came and gave us a very fair estimate. They talked us through the whole installation process before coming over. They arrived on time and the guys were great to deal with. The owner of AGS came by during the install to check on things and make sure we were happy with the install. We can't say enough good things about the whole process. It couldn't have been easier for us and we have enjoyed the system for the last year. We got a large one that takes care of the whole downstairs and a smaller unit for our master bedroom. With these types of systems, the duct runs up the outside of your house. They were able to line ours up so we have only one duct going up the side of the house for both units. This might not work out for everyone but our master bedroom is directly over our family room. The units do a great job of cooling.

Called ahgao to confirm arrival time. Explained service in full when i expressed interest my only wish would be for him to come with door covers as it had being snowing.

They are very honest. We had someone else come out, and they said we needed a new unit. I called AGS and they came out and were able to fix the problem that another company created.
