Description of Work: Replaced roof (shingles, etc.). Local contractor Joe Santamaria knowledgeable, professional. Excellent, hardworking crew. Completed job on schedule, cleaned up thoroughly. Would recommend highly.

Description of Work: We called Joe and a few others for a quote on a leaky roof. He spent an hour looking over the job and convinced us that he could repair and not replace the roof. My concern with repair was mixing old and new shingles and having an odd batch across my roof. The repair consisted of additional layers of ice and water shield and new shingles in a 5 ft band across the front side of my roof and they matched the old shingles to a tee.

+ -1 moreI would definitely recommend Joe Santamaria. They were all very professional, did a great job, were prompt and finished in the timeline that they gave us. When I had a question, I left a message on the answering machine and within half an hour there was someone at my house to talk to me. Great service.
