Description of Work: Provided design for kitchen and bath remodel. Installed kitchen counter. They provided design services based on our parameters. They have been a pleasure to work with and have gone above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Working with them has been a great experience and we would use them again.

 + -1 moreDid not do work as requested and returned couch without hand tying. Very difficult to deal with and tried to imply the problem was unfounded. Put simply: get EVERYTHING in writing with DETAILED descriptions of the work to be done. Buyer beware.
Description of Work: Had a sofa recovered that was supposed to have the springs hand tied at the same time.

 + -1 moreThe experience was great, from beginning to end. Gilberte has a nice showroom with a complete set of samples for every product we were considering. The store staff was helpful and knowledgeable about the products, pleasant, professional, patient, and willing to call and find out answers to our questions. Measurements, delivery, and installation were all done correctly and professionally. Also the repair to our existing shade was perfect. My top priority for any work is that things are "done right." I give Gilberte an A+ for this project.
Description of Work: Measured, ordered, and installed custom-sized Hunter Douglas shades for large and non-standard windows. The price was a standard 10% discount off the manufacturer's listed retail price. The price included free measuring, delivery, and installation. Also, picked up and repaired one of our existing shades.
