Ty and his team were referred to us and we were very lucky they were. We recently moved to the area and while we had a great contracting team from our previous home we were new and didn't have somebody we could count on to provide sound advice and help with our new home. We had a lot to do in a small amount of time and Iron Mountain's ability to complete large complex jobs combined with their willingness to do the small stuff was exactly what we were looking for in a contractor. In addition we felt that all of the advice given was well thought out and helped guide our renovation. We also had a tight timeframe in which to work along with multiple team in place and the iron mt's communication was critical in the success of our project. In addition, it really helps to have a contractor able to provide design advice, do the contracting work, and also take care of all the smaller intricacies around plumbing, painting, electrical, etc. I would highly recommend working with this company on any large or small project.
