The counter top was installed crooked so that there was a 1" gap between the countertop and the wall. When I contacted Paul Eno about this issue he sent his brother out to look at it. Filling the gap with epoxy was his recommended solution. I was having other work done at my house by a GC, and he suggested that the sheetrock backsplash be removed and shimmed to taper the wall out to cover the gap. When I told Paul Eno that I wanted the sheetrock shimmed instead of an 1"x4' epoxy fill, he laughed and stated that all he would do is the epoxy fill. I did the sheetrock shim repair myself and it only took me a couple hours. I can't believe how horrible his customer service is, and will never do business with him again.

Paul Eno has no talent or integrity.

Granite Countertop cracked in 2 places across the sink cutout during fabrication and/or transport to our home. Also - poor workmanship with seams. When Paul Eno refused to replace it; I contacted RS Goodrich in Epping for a second opinion. Goodrich came on-site and said that the 'natural fissures' which Eno attempted to repair (and dismissed as 'good enough') were in fact cracks that were caused by the stress of moving the countertop. There was no question that the countertop should be replaced. I again contacted Eno ; he sent his brother Eric to look at the countertop. Eric agreed to replace the section of the countertop that was cracked; good luck getting the granite to match (Goodrich would replace the entire countertop). Paul Eno agreed to this; but 'changed his mind' a week later; again refusing to do anything . Eno's is morally bankrupt when it comes to 'doing the right thing'; even his employees agreed with me that the granite was cracked and should be replaced; the whole thing was a nightmare and lesson learned. you will be wise to stay away. You are better to pay 20% more and work with a company that will guarantee their work. We are out $2000, and the countertop still needs to be replaced.
