My father opened our doors in 1998 with the vision of providing a great hot tub and friendly service at a good value price. Where the other hot tub stores have fancy store fronts, numerous employees and a high amount of overhead and operating costs to cover, he wanted to keep it simple and pass savings onto our customers while still providing a quality hot tub buying experience. To provide honest, quality work that is done right the first time. We want you to remember us. We want you to walk away satisfied. Most of all, we want to build a relationship with you that lasts. We’re here to do the right thing so that you feel confident in your decision to work with us. Today, Owners John and Steve have taken those very same business principles and carried them on. At Oceanside Hot Tub & Spa we don’t have a fancy hot tub showroom, we don’t have wasteful spending habits and frankly, to keep costs low, John and Steve are the only employees. There is no excessive charges for delivery or service because we do all of that, we don’t have to pay people to do the work for us. This is a practice past down from Dad who always said “why pay someone to do a job you can do yourself .” We do have almost 20 years experience providing the best hot tub values and customer service in the hot tub and spa industry today. We believe in educating customers in how hot tubs are made and what makes them different in quality and efficiency. We offer a full line of accessories and spa care products as well as professional service.
