+ -1 moreEverything went well until the final step which I feel I need to take on my share of the responsibility. We had a misunderstanding on the color of the grout. We should have done a test area before applying the grout to the entire room. Emerson did his best with what he had but it was not what I expected. If not for that lesson learned this would have been 5 stars.

It was delicate trim work with a fraction of an inch being the difference between visible gaps and work done right. Emerson took the time to make to trim it perfectly and for a reasonable price. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again for future projects

+ -1 moreEmerson did freaking awesome job! He did an amazing job to the bathroom and kitchen floor. Great lines throughout my bathroom, very clean grout job. My kitchen floors looks so new and so clean! We really can't thank him enough. We were on a strict budget. We thought we would get a decent job for the money but he beat our expectations by a lot! Holy cow...he's a great communicator and his prices are more than fair for what we paid. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone. Thank you Emerson!
