+ -1 moreWe just had another call from him. It's been kind of an ongoing relationship in 8 years. We turn to him when we need carpentry help. He is the guy who can make cabinets. He could make a door if you needed it. He could refit the door. We had a door that we thought was an original to an entrance but as it turned out, when we went to put it on, it wasn't the size. Somehow, he added a piece of old lumber that was part of the original structure and you would never know that it was an add-on. It's that kind of old carpentry that you don't find around today.
Description of Work: He did refinishing interior shutters which is a big job and I just got a call from him Saturday.

+ 0 moreHe was really, really good. I've referred him to other people. I think he's much more talented than we're used to. He actually is a real finish carpenter and probably I went through about five people before I got to him and he ended up fixing their errors.
Description of Work: I used Kivley Enterprises for carpentry services about a year ago. Dennis Kivley is the owner. I had him fix some small stuff that was wrong with the cabinetry but we also have an 1850 historic house with antique doors and shutters, we had him do shutters, not many people can work on stuff like that. He built openings for closets and fixed stuff that other people screwed up.
