Description of Work: Service was ok...but never try to call the office. Rude, not helpful at all. They tell you to go to their website to get service. If you are not able to...your completely out of luck. |Horrible customer service, will never use again.

 + -1 moreIt was pretty good- we are not unhappy with them. It controlled the amount of mosquitoes that are on the property and we got our neighbors to do it too. They do it all year round- when they control the eggs they can control the mosquitoes better. There is a decrease in mosquitoes. It does work- it doesn't get rid of everything but it does work. It is much better-there is a 75% difference. It is a big difference in this area which is a low lying area with lots of horses and I have got a little stream running through my property.

Description of Work: They sprayed for mosquitos, concentrating mostly along the perimeter of the property as it is lined with a forest... Later into the season they also covered interior areas and near ponds. Overall the experience was great. They would email me 24 hours prior to arrival and also noted when weather was inclimate / rainy, they would email the next day they would comeback. Great communications. I found the spraying was nearly 100% effective through ~8:30pm daily... @9:00pm (in summer) there would be some mosquito traffic, but fairly mangeable... I am renewing for 2015 adding Spring and Fall tick treatments to protect my dog.
