 + -1 moreMark was able to work with our somewhat difficult site, which sloped and had a lot of roots. The design needed to be adjusted to accommodate a few things that didn't go as planned, but Mark was able to guide the project and recommended practical solutions. We are very happy with the outcome, and the patio is rock-solid. Apart from weather related delay in the beginning the work went smoothly, communication was good, the crew professional. I would recommend his company highly.
Description of Work: Built a medium sized, dry laid patio and seating wall in backyard.

 + -1 moremet me at my house to check out the job on Friday 8/16/2013 and sent me an Estimate on the following Monday. I accepted the estimate and we met at my house Tuesday the next day. Mark brought along a power washer to do some prep work and started the work the following day and completing on Thursday 8/22/2013. It was exactly what I wanted!!! Description of Work: Due to two 100 year rain storms in the past years, plus ant activity under my walkway. It had become uneven with weeds growing through the cracks. Mark and his crew evened out the existing stone walk and sealed the cracks using Polymeric sand. He also replaced steps that go down to my driveway with Granite steps. The stone steps that were replaced were cracking and dissolving from past use of rock salt.

 + -1 moreAll 12 homes were beautifully repaired and looked better than new! Mark and his staff were considerate of owners' need to access and their safety when work was not complete at the end of the day. Very Professional! We would certainly welcome Mark back
Description of Work: This work was done on approximately 12 homes that are part of a condominium association in the Seacoast area. In some cases, granite steps needed to be removed and re-set. In others, portions of front walkways needed to be removed, re-graded and re-installed. Several walkways required total rebuilding and the addition of a new step to allow safe access to the driveway. In one case, two block retaining walls needed to be re-built along with the steps and walkway. Several of the homes required both step and walkway work to be done.
