I contacted several garage door companies and no one wants to work on these. My door got stuck in open position and I was trying to get someone to look at it. Kyle responded very quickly and was here within a day. He looked at the door, was not afraid to jump in. He identified the problem as an incorrect installation and was able to remedy the issue very quickly. He not only got the door working again but better than ever! It is so quiet and operating flawlessly! He was prompt professional and knowledgeable. He saved me over $2k for a new door. 1 highly recommend him!
