+ -1 moreHis wife made the appointment for between 2 and 3 and said that if he could come earlier he'd call. He did call and said that he would be at my home within a half hour. He was. He looked at the machine and diagnosed the problem immediately. He had the replacement part in his truck. He fixed the problem, CLEANED up after himself, and put the machine back into its position all while being friendly and professional. Thank you Angie's List!!
