 + -1 moreAngieslist marketed green thumb landscaping in my area which the company did not agree to. They had to charge me more because of extra travel which was not there fault. Other than that Everything went well.
Description of Work: ey came on my property on time and installed concrete pavers from my driveway to my front door. They did a nice job. They did site work to properly install the pavers and used quality pavers. All in all they did a nice job and i would recommend them.

Description of Work: It is what they DIDN'T do that is the problem. I was told that they wouldn't come out to my home since it was too far! (huh?) I live 15-20 minutes from Goffstown. She told me that they didn't go to Nashua and that the Angie's list was wrong. By the way, the fine print states there will be a charge of $35 for distances longer than 20 miles (on top of the original $499.00). Guess they don't want the business.

 + 3 moreThe house was built back in the 70's and the old retaining wall had rotted. This job required removing a garden and the rotted wall, with awareness of electrical wires to out side lights. It took four full days with three working the job. They were here each of the days from approximately 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM. They worked through the day not coming and going for lunch or breaks and they cleaned up before leaving each day. They were very professional and explained each thing as they moved along the job. It was a pleasure to have worked with them and would call them again for future landscaping work.
Description of Work: Removal and disposal of retaining wall, plants, tree stump and the installation of a new retaining wall, lawn and mulch, the best was the installation of an irrigation system.

 + 0 moreInstallation went very smoothly, they were attentive to my concerns and to minimizing the impact to the lawn and existing landscaping.
Description of Work: They installed a new three zone irrigation system at my house. During the first appointment Jim went over the design in great detail and explained the type of equipment to be used. On the day of installation a crew of three people arrived at 8:30 AM and were done by 4:30 PM. Jim (the owner) was on site all the time working alongside with his crew. The installation looks very clean and professional. They did a great job patching up the lawn and cleaning up. The rain sensor was free thanks to Angie's list promotion. Overall, great experience so far. I look forward to their service.

 + 0 moreAn initial meeting was set up for Jim to do a walk thru and establish the best way to handle our irrigation needs. After a comprehensive explanation as to the recommendation, with regard to hardware, labor and pricing, I agreed to to have the work done. Arriving promptly at 7:30 AM with a full crew as promised, Jim and his team started the job. With only a few breaks and lunch, they completed the job by 3:30 PM. Jim walked me through the the work completed and gave me a thorough tutorial on our new system. Everything was setup and scheduled, so all I have to do is turn it on once, and my lawn will get the water it needs. Jim assured me that future shutting down and starting up service calls are handled thru his office and I will be contacted when needed. If any problems developed, I should contact him and he will take care of it. Overall, a fantastic experience and Goffstown Green Thumb should be a strong consideration for your irrigation needs.
Description of Work: A complete in-ground irrigation system was installed in an existing lawn. Installation included valves, heads, timer controller, backflow control and rain sensor.
