Excellent. Within a day of the radon mitigation installation the Radon levels went down to below 0.5 pci/l Mr. Coletta did a great job installing the system.

Loved Rob and his work ethic. Very informative, nice clean installation. Levels dropped from 19 to 1 so I guess the equipment is fine. Arrived on time, was pleasant and followed through with us promptly to assure we can close on our home in plenty of time.

Rob was very easy to contract with. Returned my call immediately, went through the whole process, costs, etc. No sales pressure and scheduling was simple. Rob showed up on time and the install was quick and he left the area spotless. The system was well placed both for both effectiveness and consideration of the aesthetic of the house. Followed up with an addittional radon test to confirm system was worked properly.

Rob was a pleasure to work with. He set up the Radon system within a few hours and did an excellent job. The job was done very cleanly and professionally. My radon level has gone down to nearly zero after the installation of the system. Would highly recommend Rob, and would definitely use him again.

The company that originally installed the radon remediation system was no longer in business and I suspected that it would be difficult to hire someone to fix an existing system. I found Coletta Radon Systems through comments from others on this list. Mr. Coletta evaluated the problem, located a motor that would work with the existing system, and installed it in the same afternoon. (Newer systems use smaller vent pipes and smaller motors.) He also placed the motor in the basement instead of the atic where the original motor was placed so that I could hear and see that it was functioning. He even put an EasyRead system on the pipe so that I can verify that the system is functioning at capacity with just a glance. He also added a pigtail so I could have the motor plugged into a socket because I was having some electrical work done and it wasn't finished. As far as pricing goes, you should look at other people's comments. I looked through the list and found the first honest looking person that looked like he'd help someone in a tough situation that I could find and hired him. I'm very pleased and would recommend him.

Although he missed the first appointment due to medical issue, he was there when he promised and did a great job. Pricing was reasonable and results great!

He was great. They got back to me, they set up a time and they said exactly when they said they were going to come and they did a good job. They explained exactly what they said they were going to do and the job they did was very tidy and very well done. They fixed my problem and I got the bill at the right time and the bill was exactly what they said it was going to be be and they provided to me the statistics that I needed. The interaction with them was very nice and very professional. The worked turned out excellent.

Called to ask about having a system installed. He explained the entire process over the phone, and explained the costs and benefits to having a system. We set an appointment to have the system installed a few days later. They showed up on time, were very professional, and got the installation finished in about 3 hours. They cleaned up after themselves, and even filled in the cracks that were in the concrete on my floor. They explained how the system worked, and what to look out for, etc. Explained the warranty, and also left me with a free test kit to re-test after the system was up and running. A few days later I started the test and sent it in. My radon levels went from about 47 pCi/L to 1 pCi/L. I would highly recommend this company for any radon mitigation needs.

I could not be more pleased with Mr. Coletta. I called him on Monday and he was able to come out that same week first thing on Thursday morning and evaluate our system. He very quickly diagnosed the issue and determined that the fan was very weak and on its way out. He replaced the fan for us. That's all very simple - what set this apart was Mr. Coletta's professionalism, demeanor and passion for his craft. It would have been very easy for him to just replace the fan and leave. He took the time to make sure everything was installed properly, replaced all fittings, and even replaced the flow meter, mostly because it was just a hair off-level. It's obvious he's a perfectionist and cares very much for his quality of work. He was friendly and seemed to enjoy explaining each piece of the system and why it was the way it was. I would strongly recommend Robert Coletta to anyone looking for a radon or environmental company. As long as he's doing this work, I'm his customer for life.

Originally we had Robert scheduled to install a Radon mitigation system for our new house that we bought. However, we discovered the week prior to the Radon being installed that our basement had flooded. Remembering that Robert has sump pumps listed as a service on his website I emailed Robert asking if he could install the sump pump and Radon system on the same day. Robert was very quick to respond and explained in detail how the Radon cannot be installed with the basement wet. Therefore Robert changed our appointment to be a sump pump install rather than a Radon system. Robert was very understanding of our situation as we did not know about such a significant water issue when we bought the house so he gave us a very reasonable price and installed a very high durability sump pump for us. Robert was very quick (only took a few hours) but thorough in the process. Robert answered any questions that we had during the process and even showed us specific components that he believed may have contributed to the significant water in the basement. Robert was so good that we were able to leave for a family holiday party but Robert finished without us there and made sure to lock/close our back door so that no one could get into our home. Overall a very good experience and we will be using Robert for the Radon installation within the next few months (once basement has fully dried).

The entire process was phenomenal. While other companies did not return our calls or appeared unable to answer some of our questions, Rob was extremely polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He arrived on time and completed the work according to schedule. He answered all of our questions and the workmanship was terrific. The entire system looks very neat, takes up very little space, and he tucked it very nicely behind our chimney box so it is absolutely unnoticeable from the street. We definitely made the right choice and he is absolutely the person to go with when looking to resolve radon issues. We are very thankful for all the work he did and we cannot recommend Rob and Coletta Environmental Technologies enough.

Bob was quick to return my call and schedule the installation. He showed up on time and explained the whole process. The installation was faster than I expected and afterward he instructed me on how to maintain the system and complete a follow up radon test. The test results were terrific.
