Ed was fantastic. Very knowledgeable, very helpful. One phone call to him and he set up everything. Has a reliable and experienced septic inspector on site with him, I had the report emailed within 24 hours, and had a paper copy and digital copy a few days later in my mail box. Basically Mr. Tuthill is a one stop shop with reasonable price. He took care of the pest report, water test, home inspection, and septic inspection all with 1 call.

I met Ed and his colleague Greg at 8:45 at the home on which we had made an offer. Both men were very professional and explained in detail what they would be doing. Agreements were signed and the gentlemen started their work. I accompanied them when they asked but stayed out of the way the rest of the time. Each person shared with me in detail what they were seeing and the recommendations they were making, if any. In addition they highlighted some of the positives of the home. The inspection took no more than 2 hours. Ed Tuthill is extremely professional, very punctual, and attends to even the smallest detail. His reports are very thorough and can help both a buyer and seller. Everything is coded so you know exactly what needs to be done and his report is accompanied with a disc of pictures that help you see through his eyes the property. He was very timely in all responses and extremely easy to work with. Not only did Ed perform the home inspection but he did water and radon testing, as well. In addition, he arranged for a septic inspector to accompany him so all inspections could be done at one time. Ed was very responsive to all questions and provided clear explanations as to what he was doing and what he recommended.
