Description of Work: I had MJW drywall come and insulate my attic with spray foam.

Description of Work: I cannot review their work, but I certainly can speak about customer service, integrity, character, and common courtesy. As I continue to add a large addition and remodel my home, I am closed cell spraying sections as completed (3 sprays). I called on a Tuesday morning and was told that I could have the work completed within a 24-72 hr timeframe. Perfect! She told me that since it was scheduled as a high priority, I would could be expecting a phone call momentarily. The day ended with no call. I called back on Wednesday morning (now starting 48hr of 72), and a guy told me that he couldn't explain what happened, and was resending it out as a HIGH PRIORITY alert, and I could expect to be contacted shortly. Still no call. I called back in the afternoon, and the guy told me it was going back out again, and he was personally sending the information to the owner, Mike Wilson, to which I would certainly get a response. He also gave me Mike's direct number and told me to call him directly and explain what has occurred. I called and got Mike's VM. I left him an explanation of the events and my contact info. You guessed it, still no call. So, as I cannot speak directly about their work, this certainly give you a heads up as to the type of individuals which you may be dealing with. As with many companies today, the focus upon Customer Service is just pathetic, and the days of integrity and common courtesy are quickly disappearing. I contacted another company and they were here within the hour to measure and provide quote.

Description of Work: They removed old OPEN cell sprayed on insulation from basement ceiling which had been poorly installed by ANOTHER CONTRACTOR .They Installed new CLOSED cell insulation on basement ceiling and all walls. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. I had a third party inspect their work and he reported that it was the finest job he had ever seen. I was told MJW would install 4" on ceiling and indeed they did. Before I began this entire process, I hired an energy auditor. The energy audit cost $350.00 for a complete energy audit which gave me a comprehensive report on what needed to be done. I was able to use this audit as knowledge of what REALLY needed to be done to my house as I interviewed several insulation companies. MJW stood head and shoulders above the other companies. I felt the owner was committed to doing a quality job. I highly recommend this company. The owner performs all the work himself so you can count on someone with vast experience doing the job.
