Description of Work: Charged $50 more than quoted. Said they would return the $50 and never did. Contacted many times never responded. Would not provide receipt. Would not recommend.

+ 0 moreI first made contact with this company several months ago looking for an estimate for a basement oil tank removal and replacement. I probably should have stopped dealing with them when several weeks went by with many promises to stop by and take a look at the job. I remade contact about six weeks ago and set an appointment date for today. I changed the appointment date once with no problems because of a schedule conflict on my part. I just called today to see when they would be arriving and was told a confirmation call was made on Friday and I did not respond so they were not coming. I said I never received a call or voicemail and was never asked to confirm when the appointment was made. After a few more exchanges the owner said "I'll tell you what, you can go f**k yourself", repeated that twice more, and then hung up.
