Description of Work: They installed 3 Window Blinds & two skylight blinds in the house. There was trouble with the skylight blinds after installation, they gave of a strong chemical odor. Although the manufacturer was reluctant to act on our complaint, Lakeshore took down the skylight blinds and refunded our money with no questions asked. Good service & willing to back up their work.
