 + -1 moreMy wife and I came up with a plan for our dream house after months of research and discussion. Our preferred contractor looked at the plans we drew and had some suggestions, of which one was to have a set of professional construction drawings made. We contacted Koal PLLC for this service. The price was reasonable for this area so we met with Don Blajda at his office. Don was very easy to work with. He looked at our plans and did not talk down to us as he recommended some changes be made from both an architectural and practical standpoint. Any changes he recommended always kept the basic design of our dream house as the primary focus. My wife and I made several revisions before we had a final plan which cost a little more than the initial estimate. Don always listened very attentively to our suggestions and in the end we did get what we wanted in a great design. As the construction begins this week, Don has been available to answer any questions we might have.
Description of Work: Used our home made plans for a new house as a basis for a set of professional construction drawings. Provided suggestions for changes in the plans and added those changes we agreed with as well as any changes we came up with.Drawings came with dimensions, specifications, construction details, instructions to the builder, etc.
