+ -1 moreMr. Ferguson vistied my home on a Sunday afternoon to assess the reason for sewage backing up in the basement at the washer drain. The assessment determined that the sewer pump that was not working. Mr. Ferguson coordinated the arrival of a septic service and technician the next day. He had the sewer sump pumped out and upon further assessment of the situation concluded that the switch to the pump was not working reliably and it was replaced. When additional testing was performed, the pump ran intermittently. It was determined that materials other than toilet paper had been thrown into the toilet clogging the pump. The material was removed and normal operation was restored.
Description of Work: Made a site visit on Sunday afternoon. Determined that the sewer pump was failing. Coordinated the arrival of a septic service. Replaced a faulty float switch. Removed foreign matter from the sewer pump.
