I am waiting for a response and resolution for an email I sent in July. My kitchen needs two pieces of molding. It would probably make better business sense to have fewer jobs going and finishing each one correctly and in a timely manner rather than taking many jobs and not being able to handle it. My cabinets doors had to be adjusted, my refrigerator didn’t fit and molding had to be removed , and now I have gaps above my sink that look stupid. Each issue was only resolved after emails and texts. I am doing these reviews and a bbb complaint in the hopes of getting my job finished and moving on. I have a copy of the original and final designs: no gaps are visible. So the gaps above the sink just need molding. I do not believe this is my responsibility.

Amazing! When purchasing house we called KTM to do a "roof inspection". We met Tim when he came to the home, without cost, and gave us a detailed description, with photos on the condition of the roof. He also provided us with a detailed quote with options. Day of the roof install, crew showed up on time, worked in record time, were clean, neat and very professional. Not a stray nail to be found when they left. Had I not been home when they arrived, would not have noticed they were there, aside from a new roof. I highly recommend this company for the prompt, professional, top quality work they performed. My wife and I could not be happier.

I've made repairs in my home for years and obtained an estimate on my current job from another company. This company quoted me $7,000 for a one day job.

If you are considering remodeling or putting in a new kitchen I highly recommend KTM Properties. Chris the project manager was awesome to work with from start to finish, he was very informative and professional. Do NOT use this company. I hired them through Home Depot and it was a horrific experience - some cabinets hung higher than others, molding not attached in several places, some molding cut and pieced back together (unevenly), big gaps left between some appliances and no gaps left between other appliances, dishwasher not secured and fell forward when opened, nails were left sticking out, no template was used to hang cabinet knobs and some visibly higher than others, many shelves and the lazy susan never installed. The list goes on and on. The day they left they didn't even pick up the mess. Trash and saw dust everywhere, finger prints all over cabinets. When I called the owner, Tara, to complain, she had a poor attitude and did nothing. This company is great on the sales end to get your business but HORRIBLE after that. DO NOT USE!

They were sub-contracted through Home Depot. The provider started the work and never came back. They flooded my basement, mis-measured the cabinets and didn't stick to the contract. They were just horrible. They generated a permit from Georgia which created a problem when the inspector came. The permit had a Georgia address and the building department had to amend it. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Not Good. We wanted our kitchen to be remodeled and look new. We bought the cabinets and countertops via Home Depot. The reason we went with Home Depot is that they were able to provide a contractor to arrange the scheduling and manpower. The other cabinet companies would have me be the contractor. I didn?t want that headache. KTM Properties sent out a workman to take measurements and survey the job. My wife and I told him how we wanted the kitchen to be arranged and to have all walls, ceiling and windows repaired to look new. We made it very clear to make it new. They sent him out again to confirm the measurements which seemed great. The measurements were not correct with the two visits. KTM stated that they will not start work until the cabinets are on site and are there for one week to adjust for the climate. I ask them to work when the kitchen was wide open and they refused. Now my kitchen was over run by the cabinets. There was no room to work on the walls, ceilings, etc. efficiently. During this time We found out that the original quote did not include the trim and paint. Original quote was for $12,278.00. Another $1,120.00 for trim and paint. To replace a partial piece of blue board on the ceiling $1,800.00. Baseboard trimming $200.00. It turned out that I spent $3,120.00 unexpectedly because of communication problems from the start. The plasterers that were sent yelled at us and were making loud sarcastic remarks during the time they were working about having to move the cabinets to do the job. The arrival of the cabinets was May,19,2015 which I consider as the start date. Their last day here was at the end of August or beginning of September. The Building Inspector could not sign off and wasn?t pleased that KTM filed the original permit in their office and hung a Photostat copy on site. I had KTM mail me the original permit and I went to City Hall to correct matters. We are still beside ourselves on some of the workmanship. We also had unexpected delays, i.e. miss-measurement (twice) for the same cabinet causing weeks of delay to finish. We just wanted at that point to be done of them. Job lasted approximately 3.5 months. We were told it would be approximately 6 weeks.

Dave Brennick represented KTM and absolutely shined during the entire process. We had several quotes done and KTM offered the best package and pricing. We did purchase the extra Platinum warranty, mostly because it could be a selling point in future. The work was done quickly, on schedule, and exceeded our expectations.

They are a waste of time. Never bothered to send an estimate or return any of my calls. If you can't do the work or it's just to small, that's ok but be professional and return my calls or let me know you are not able to help me.

I only had one bathroom. They removed all tile and leveled off the floor. I mentioned I wanted diagonal 12" tile instead of 1" tile that had been there originally. This was a very labor intensive job. I provided all stock and material. They provided man power and removed all old supplies. They resurfaced a vanity for me. The problem was that the drawers and doors were cheaply made. There was no face to it. They removed old drawers and added new ones. The job took about a week or a week and a half. They showed up and did the work. They even worked on a Saturday. The refacing of the vanity was done after tile was done. I did the painting and even a little bit of the plumbing. The plumber never showed up but they reimbursed me for the plumbing job that wasn't done. They were very clean and I was very satisfied. They did an excellent job. I would have preferred brad nails instead of the fancier nails but overall I was completely satisfied.

It went very well. We had a new countertop and sink installed as well, and while Mark was not involved directly with that our countertop was delivered in half the time we were quoted. Every person that Mark brought in, from the plumber, electrician, tile and window installer, and general clean up person were extremely professional and tried to be as unobtrusive as possible under the circumstances. Mark touched base with us throughout the renovation and was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. He spent a good 2 hours with us initially going over ideas and determining what we had in mind for the kitchen, and it was only a $50 charge which was applied to the cost of the renovation. I would gladly recommend his company if you are looking to renovate your home. We found them through Home Depot., and again, everything was expedited because we used them.
