New humidifier, Aprilaire 800. Very professional installation. Price was reasonable. Would recommend.

Contacted Confort air and spoke Courtney at this business she set up an appointment for me on 10/02 204 Wednesday. The owner Partrick stopped by and I explained what was going on with my havoc system. He then proceeded to check the system out. It was showing an error code of A5,A6 and Patrick could smell that the circuit board was burning. He then suggested replacing the circuit board and blower motor. Rather than do that he said it would be easier to replace the whole unit. At this point he requested that I pay him the 175.oo which I did. As he was leaving, he said he would call me back and go from there as far as getting the unit fixed / As of 10/23/2024 I have not heard back from him? I made two phone calls and sent him e-mails no response I am a senior citizen on a fixed income at this point I only want a receipt from him for payment and diagnoses of his finding. Nothing he took my money and gone?

Patrick came out and gave me a great estimate on replacing my 25 year old oil burner. He answered any and all questions I had and always got back to me if I needed any other information. He was prompt on the day of the installation and did a great job. I would definitely recommend him!

Patrick called Friday night and showed up at 7:15 AM on a Saturday morning (OMG) to repair a central A/C system that was icing up inside. I'm still waiting to hear from the other 2 companies that were listed in my area. I know they will call Monday which would mean myself and my disabled wife would spend a very uncomfortable weekend and probably longer because most HVAC companies don't work weekends and it usually takes at least a day to schedule an appointment. Not fun when the humidity is 65% and the temp is close to 80. Patrick did a great job, A/C is running like new. Will hire him again and recommend him in a heart beat. Prices are very reasonable. Hire him!

$350 for an hour of easy work.

I was told $170.00 for a tune up for air conditioning unit.thay put in one part and blew out the drip line.three hours $826.00.I got rip off.I don't have much money.this stinks.please put this on reviewes.will never use them again.should call attorney generals office?
