Focus was on completing the work, less concerned about punctuality. Team of 3 worked quickly and efficiently. Hired them a second time. Great follow-up and good communication all around.

They cleaned out my garage exactly as asked and even swept up afterward. These people although not dressed in a professional manner did do everything that I asked them to do. They did however show up not when then said. Showed up many hours ahead of time. Fortunately I was home for the day. I must say they did a very good job at a reasonable price.

He replied to my call promptly and gave me a "ball park" estimate - which was exactly what I wanted from him. His price was reasonable for the distance travel and work involved - but it didn't make sense for the type of work I needed done - so I made the decision to have a dumpster company instead of private pick up.

I arranged for the company to meet me at the property between 12:30 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. several days ahead of time. They arrived at 11:45 a.m. and asked me to meet them at the property in ten minutes. We negotiated a price for the one wooden item to be brought to the dump as "demolition material", we settled on a price lower than he was originally asking and a little higher than I was offering. The entire load was on the truck within 15 minutes with little to no problem. One of the employees had to be reminded to close the bulkhead door a couple of times, but he eventually did as asked. I found out that the part of the load ended up at a neighbor's house. The neighbor called the company and asked that part of the load be delivered to his home across the street from my property (for free no doubt). I now question this company's business ethics. I would suggest that if you do business with this company that you check to find out if your things actually make it to the dump and you get what you paid for.
