We didn't want the 16' deck to be replaced in kind; we wanted that space to be a 3-season porch with a deck added on. We gave him a list of our wants, he visualized what that area could become and we just said, "run with it" because he has never disappointed us with his smart designs. He's in the process of completing an 18' x 16' 3-season porch (with the possibility of it extending into a 4-season porch) which consists of 7 crank-out windows and 2 sliding doors; one slider to the back yard and the other to our new 16' x 16' attached deck. The deck is constructed out of a man-made product and vinyl railings, no muss/no fuss maintenance! The walls, floor, and ceiling of the room are insulated and sound proofed, the walls and ceiling are covered in pine, the cathedral ceiling sports a beautiful fan/light combo, the pot lights over each slider provides enough lighting for safety, and we even have an electrical outlet to heat our winter bird bath. We can't wait to sit out there and watch the sun set or the deer eat their cracked corn dinners! This company is amazing and I'm sad that we have now run out of projects to be worked on!

We had extensive water damage from a no-burst flexible water hose in an upstairs bathroom while away on a family trip. Every upstairs room had water damage requiring new floors, some walls, and complete bathrooms. The water overflowed to the rooms below to the first floor that forced us to tear down walls to the studs, ceilings, flooring and kitchen cabinets. Of course, water also sought its level by traveling to the basement and leaving us with 2-3 inches of water. After our insurance was called, a cleaning company was assigned to us and the nightmare began. The next day, we called Rocky to evaluate and asked if he would do the work. He took immediate charge; called in quality contractors who performed miracles to put our home back together again. We were extremely pleased with the work that we asked of him in the past and he didn't disappoint us this time, either. We'll definitely call Rocky again when the time comes that we want more updates or additions to our home. We couldn't be happier with his results that he produces. His work is impeccable, he offers suggestions that we were pleased that we took him up on, and he produces results within the confines of a budget. We're happy that he was recommended to us.

He does a little bit of everything and does a beautiful job. He cleans up after himself and is very reasonable. He does what I like so I will use him again in the future. He is a young man who is just starting his business and if he can't do something for you he will get somebody else who can. I told him I did not know how to do what I want and what it could look like. He brought me two plans and showed me what I could do to make it right. I chose the one I wanted and when he put the plan up against what he did it is exactly the same thing. He is a very hard worker who is cost conscious, does not waste your money and does exactly what you want.
