Description of Work: ****BEWARE FIRST TIME HOME BUYERS!!!**** Before we even saw the house, Craig Lancey from RW real estate in Farmington had us sit down and start signing away. Sign here and here, and here. We were scheduleD to see the house, it was cancelled the first time. Then the second time he showed us the house and had me sign a couple more times. Not really explaining what we were signing for and taking advantage of our first time home buyer cluelessness. Turns out we didnt like the house after all and our loan did not cover it. He would NOT take no for an answer. We emailed him and told him we were uninterested but he kept at us. He threatened that we better lawer up and even stopped by my house when i was at work to hassle my mother!! I thought it would be a simple no thanks i dont want that house. I emailed him again asking about my 500.00 return and havnt gotten any response. No doubt they plan to keep that money. The lessons are ~dont sign ANYTHING your not sure of ~wait till you SEE the place to sign anything and last but not least, DONT GO THROUGH RW REAL ESTATE BECAUSE THEY WILL STEAL YOUR 500.00 AND HARASS YOU WHEN YOU DO NOT BUY A HOUSE FROM THEM!!! :|
