AMC Cleaning

Very unprofessional cleaning company..They would not use the correct cleaning products on the different floor types and thinks they can use one product for everything and would use the wood floor cleaner on vinyl and tile floors.. and sponge mop tile and laminate, totally soak the wood floors ect,,and walk away. When I talked to her about it I was given a nasty attitude and she continued to use the wrong products. I would not recommend this company to any company or home owner if you value your floors.. I am a 17 year flooring specialist that sells flooring and cleaning products and was trying to help her and her company out and teach them the correct way to clean the different floors we have at my work, plus I was getting sick of having to do them over and didn't feel I should have to if they could be done right the first time and in return I got an attitude and she bad mouthed me and tried to get me in trouble and fired, which in turn, only made herself look bad and unprofessional! Someone needs to teach AMC how to be professional and how to clean too!

very unorganized and unprofessional, extremely high employee turnover rate. Schedule is constantly messed up and she’ll blame her employees for not cleaning your house when she sent them to the wrong places in reality. She has no set rate, depending on how much she feels she can charge she may charge you twice as much as another. Do not trust AMC.

They did an excellent job cleaning. They did everything in a very reasonable amount of time. She is doing a heck of a job with her services, and I have been very pleased. I could not find anything wrong with what they did. They do an honest days work, for a reasonable price. This was my first time using this company, and would/have recommend them.

It was amazing. She's beyond personable. She's like a member of the family.
