+ -1 moreWe used Terminix for years and, to be fair, they did a good job. However, they showed up and performed the routine treatment on a property we had sold. Even though we had previously informed them of the sale we were still charged. We paid the bill, but promptly CANCELLED the contract for our other property. Good service but POOR customer relations!

Description of Work: The first time coming around, didn't feel he sprayed satisfactorily and kept seeing carpenter ants inside, when I asked him if I could move things he was like no I'm getting it, as where I noticed he wasn't, then he left without doing a free termite inspection like I was told, he then came back on a day I wasn't home a month and a half later and only did outside the house, the agreement was suppose to be every three months...I called and complained, and they even noticed he didn't do the inspection now they keep bothering me for service and I canceled.

Description of Work: They provided a termite inspection most recently. I used to have general pest control service with them. However, while their service is reliable and convenient, their prices are high for the work performed. They have an excellent guarantee.

Description of Work: They performed services several times when I called and told them not to do the service. They then billed me and I refused to pay. The last time , I told them I wanted to cancel my service with them and they came anyway and charged me again. I have just gotten off the phone with them and I have canceled my service again! |The technicians are very pleasant and my complaint is not with them. It is with the local branch which is unresponsive to the 800 personnel.

Description of Work: I used Terminix. I have a yearly termite guarantee with them and I also use them on a monthly basis for about nine months of the year. I’ve been using them for a long time.

+ -1 moreIt was excellent. We have a contract with them. We've had the for a few years because they do such a nice job. Typically we just have them do the outside but if anything comes up, we call them and they are usually here within 24 hours and they take care of whatever is inside at that point. The gentleman that comes to do the spraying will actually call me before he comes, when he is in route, to make sure that I know he is on his way so we can have our dogs secured. Terminix calls and gives me a window but this gentleman calls and tells me when he is specifically coming, which I think is very helpful. We will absolutely continue to use them.

+ -1 moreI can't say that I like or dislike them, we hire them because we have a problem with termites. They come out and do their thing and we don't have a lot of interaction with them. From what we can tell, they do a good job.
