Description of Work: The contractor with his crew and several subcontractors built a 1200 sqft addition to our existing, over 100 year old house. The quality of his own crew is impeccable and with an eye on details (and where they missed something, they willingly fix it). During framing, they were able to marry the plumb, level and square new construction with the original structure where most lines were neither plumb, level or square. As a result, we now have continuous (without thresholds!) hardwood and tiled floors that span both parts of the house. During the finishing work, his crew did quite some creative work, amongst other things a custom-tiled shower with niche, wainscoting part wood part tile in a half bath, a fireplace mantel, and custom door and window trim throughout. Those issues that arose during the project we were able to resolve to our mutual satisfaction.
