+ -1 moreWe had a leaking skylight which had damaged the ceiling inside our kitchen. Alan came and measured the skylight and quoted the job. When the old skylight was removed it was clear that this small section of the roof had not been properly installed and needed to be replaced. Alan and his team jumped through some hoops to get this done that same day. The work inside to repair the ceiling was excellent. There were multiple visits to install, sand, and paint. It came out perfect. I felt the additional charges to replace this section of the roof were very reasonable and the installation was done properly with ice and water shield over the whole area.

+ -1 moreWe have a very complicated roof with many valleys and ridges, and some rotted trim. Alan and his crew did an outstanding job. They were very professional, hardworking, and cleaned up everything spotlessly. They also put ice and water shield over the entire roof to prevent any chance of leaks from ice dams. The roof looks great also, with terrific curb appeal. I highly recommend Olde School Renovations!

We specialize in residential asphalt shingle replacement on new to old buildings and can also complete new construction installations. We offer siding services in residential and commercial with the focus on fiber cement board, vinyl siding, wood clapboard and wood shingle siding. We also install exterior trim in wood and composite materials. Our rot repair services range from modern residential and commercial to historic homes and barns. Often times rot repair involves replacing exterior trim and siding and sometimes structural aspects of the building, all which we can accommodate.
