JORDAN SIGNATURE HEATING

As usual, outstanding! Bill Jordan came late in the day and spent two hours tracking down a series of problems related to a blocked heating pipe. Bill Jordan has taken care of us for over two decades now. He is a class act and his wife Anita is a superb partner. Today was an example of both in action -- an emergency in cold weather. Jordan Signature Heating is a great company with very professional and dedicated employees. They do a very thorough job for maintenance and repairs, they came couple of times on very short notice in rough weather to restore the heating in our home. Very reasonably priced, they are looking to establish long term relationships with customers. We now use only them for our heating needs.

Although the work provided seems to be ok, ( I am not an oil burner technician and can't comment on the quality of their work) , I called about the company van displaying political advertisements. I called the owner of the company to make him aware of what I thought was a contracted service providers inappropriate political views. Low and behold the political stickers were his and he promptly told me how stupid I was for holding views different than his own. He told me how wrong I was and would not let me get in a word to express my real reason for calling. I cannot support a business that is run such as this one.

Technician was fast, friendly and fixed the issue quickly! Great service!
