J&B Plumbing

Went well. I called J&B before 8AM and they sent someone that morning. Very quickly they cut and replaced the valve, as well as provided a new rubber gasket for my water filter. I was pleasantly surprised at the service and price, given the emergent nature of the call.

Jeff, who owns it, was very responsive, although there were many delays in getting the work done. They did immediately get the laundry and my master bathroom going, but then it dragged on over weeks. The real problem was the price. I was given an estimate of $3,000-$3,500, and the bill was $6,500! I might have made sense to have it be slightly higher, but $3,000-$3,500 higher was simply not warranted. Very nice guys, but I wouldn't use them again.

Very punctual and professional, slight delay in receiving written estimate, but overall very good. Still making decision about whether to have project done.

It went really well. We've hired Jeff to do a number of plumbing jobs and he's always done a meticulous job that we've been satisfied with.

Excellent in every respect. Efficient, very clean and tidy and well done overall. I have not yet received the bill so I can't comment on price.

The price was reasonable. They were familiar with the project because they were involved with the construction.

They do both heating and plumbing. He lives right up our road. We have not used him for big projects because we usually had another contractor. I believe I can't be disappointed by him. His prices are fair.
