Description of Work: Domus Builders are excellent.For me they have replaced my entire roof. At another time they had to replace a section of the house that was damaged in a wind storm, and again my entire living room ceiling had to be replaced from an ice dam issue. I've also asked them to do other odd jobs.I would not use anyone else. They are most professional and their expertise shows immediately in their work. Description of Work: They diagnosed a minor leak in a flat roof under a deck and pulled out some sheet rock and replaced everything. They fixed the leak.

Description of Work: Domus bid on a renovation/expansion project for our home. Although we did not ultimately select the company for competitive pricing reasons, we were impressed by their careful, thorough and communicative approach to the bidding process, as well as the personable people who prepared the bid.

Description of Work: Ice dam damage during winter. Living room and upper room ceiling had to be 3/4 replaced. Jim Pomeroy of Domus came and gave me an estimate along with pictures and a written report for my insurance company. He met with the insurance adjustor for me and walked him through the job. They came and cleaned off the roof and chimney, ripped out living room ceiling. They did this over the course of several days and cleaned up after each day. They hung plastic and put down protection on my solid hardwood flooring to aslo protect that. They checked for mold, they reinsulated, foamed and engaged Pinnacle painting to replaster, mud, and paint the ceiling and walls. The job was done professionally. Everyone showed up each day early and cleaned up after themselves to the best of their ability all the while enabling me and my boys to stay in our home throughout the process. I recommend Domus, Jim Pomeroy and Corey Stone highly. This is the fourth major project they have done for me. In the past the gave me a complete new roof about 6 years ago; Replaced sky light windows; repaired damage to the outside of my house during a nor eastern wind storm several years ago. In additon Pinnacle painting did a complete, expert job on the painting. I asked them to do some additional painting for me while they were there and again completely professional, timely, neat and I trusted this entire team in my home while I was there and not there.
